      • Returns are accepted within 30 days of order delivery date
      • Items need to be unwashed, unaltered, clean and undamaged, and with original tags and packaging intact

    Return Process

    Kindly fill out the return form, included in your shipping box, and email it to us at returns.usa@mackeene.com accompanied with the original invoice.

      • Package your return item(s) in their original packaging, including the original invoice
      • Include a tracking number with your return

    Exchanges
